A fine-dining experience that combines the ambiance of being surrounded by thousands of aquatic creatures with a first class meal created by our award-winning Executive Chef, Rey Dasalla. Dinner guests enjoy a colorful display of lights through the waters where our sea creatures swim through the surrounding ocean.
Your four course meal includes locally grown hydroponic lettuce with seared ahi tuna, a main course of Filet Mignon of Beef with a Brazilian rock lobster tail. Following dinner, our guests will be treated to a tropical dessert including panna cotta, taro cheesecake and lychee..

In the evening, the aquarium is transformed into the Kaitei Lounge – a unique experience where high-quality service and exotic cocktails blend with the rare ambiance of music and beautiful colors amidst the scenic vistas found in the sea.

The Sea Grill is one of Guam’s finest restaurants, specializing in succulent seafood and tender, juicy steaks. The restaurant is located in the heart of Tumon, across from DFS Galleria, offering panoramic views of the ocean, as well as the center of Pleasure Island. The white tabletop ambiance is casual elegance and features several live fish exhibits – like paintings that come to life.
Best described as Global Fusion – where local Guam flavors blend with European cooking techniques to delight Asian-American palate preferences – the menu offers a little something for everyone. Many of our herbs and vegetables are grown in our kitchen garden that can be viewed directly from the dining room. We’re also actively participating in buy-Guam-produce, again, so we can ensure the shortest time possible from harvest time to the dinner table. Our wine selection is chosen to complement our menu items and range in price from $35 to $100 a bottle.

One of the most unique landmarks in Guam is the large Whale sitting on top of the Comete Building across from DFS Galleria. Inside you’ll find the rest of the whale and its baby “swimming” right through the Tail of the Whale Bar.
This fun and casual bar is located in the heart of Tumon and provides unparalleled views of downtown and the ocean. Tail of the Whale is also home to one of the world’s only live-fish bar-top counters where you can enjoy your favorite cocktail, listen to your favorite tunes and be greeted by your favorite fish swimming just below the 1-inch glass counter top.

The Sky Lounge is located on the 4th floor of the UnderWater World Building, on top of the Tail of the Whale Bar, across from DFS Galleria. Sky Lounge offers a unique intimate setting with a canopy of blue and purple lighting and comfortable oversized booth seating. Designed with floor to ceiling glass windows, you’ll enjoy stunning views of downtown Tumon and Tumon Bay while you dine.
Sky Lounge is perfect whether you want to relax and enjoy early cocktails with a sunset view, celebrate a special occasion or simply have a delicious dinner with friends and family. Seating is limited & Reservations are recommended.

The Rooftop Beer Garden is located on the 3rd floor outdoor deck of the UnderWater World Complex; nestled between SeaGrill Restaurant & the Outrigger hotel.

Feel the warm island breeze while taking in a spectacular view of Guam’s stunning sunset and sipping on your favorite ice cold beverage. An exclusive menu is available for guests of the Rooftop Beer Garden featuring local cuisine favorites prepared by Executive Chef Rey Desalla and is paired with free flowing beer or wine.
